ABOUT
Ballard Yacht Rigging is a family business originally started in the mid '90s by me, my father, and my brothers. Boating is still a big part of our family and I have been working in boatyards and marine services around Seattle since that early start. I restarted the business in 2017 with a broader focus.
In addition to rigging, I am an ABYC certified electrician and with experience in all aspects of pleasure boats from bilge pumps to electronics to hydraulic engine controls. Have a mystery problem? I can probably solve it! I hope you will let me provide you with the services you need to get the most out of your boat.

During a recent haulout that required pulling the mast, I commissioned Tim of Ballard Yacht Rigging to overhaul the standing and running rigging. I also deferred to his experience in other aspects of equipment change out including nav system and instrument selection.
